“One Of The Smartest Cricketers” – World Cup Winner On Virat Kohli

Former India cricketer and 1983 World Cup winner Madan Lal recently showered praise on Virat Kohli. Speaking on the YouTube channel KADAK, Lal called Kohli one in all the neatest cricketers he has ever seen, highlighting his ability to read the sport and adapt his batting to the team’s requirements. He said:

“He’s one in all the neatest cricketers I even have ever seen in my life. He reads the sport, understands the situation, and thinks accordingly. If three wickets have already fallen, he knows it’s his responsibility to bat in a way that takes the team to a rating from where they will either fight and even win the match.”

“Earlier, people used to say that Virat didn’t bat quickly. It was never about batting fast. He reads the situation, understands the sport, and plays in response to what the team needs.”
