For the reason that starting of the yr, Eddie Hearn has been feuding with Zuffa Boxing boss Dana White regarding his entrance into the game.
Their rivalry hit latest levels when Hearn signed UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall to his latest management company.

Who wins in a fight? Dana White or Eddie Hearn
Dana White has claimed to be open to a boxing match with Eddie Hearn: Who do you think that would win in the event that they met within the ring?
Hearn threatens Opetaia with lawsuit
Opetaia was Zuffa Boxing’s first huge name signing and he made his promotional debut earlier this yr when he fought Brandon Glanton for the Zuffa cruiserweight title.
Just a number of days ago, reports suggested that Opetaia has filed a lawsuit against IBF, alleging a conspiracy on the a part of WBA, WBC, WBO and Hearn, his former promoter, to punish him for signing with Zuffa.
IBF stripped Opetaia ahead of his Zuffa debut this past March after Zuffa said they’d not recognize any of the sanctioning bodies.
And now, after hearing about Opetaia’s lawsuit, Hearn has responded, claiming that he’ll sue the Australian for his comments.
“I take these accusations unbelievably seriously, you’ve seen it before prior to now (with Jake Paul),” Hearn told IFLTV.
“You wanna mention my name whenever you wanna discuss corruption in boxing? I’ve instructed my lawyers today to jot down to his lawyers and let him know that you just withdraw me from that criticism (against the IBF), you retract any statement or I’ll sue you for defamation.
“You don’t discuss me like that, mate, not on this sport and never in the best way we do business. We’ve got a fame of over 40 years which is squeaky clean… I’m sorry Jai Opetaia and perhaps it’s not even your fault, people told you to do that, but those people wanna be smart, you can pay the value,” Hearn continued.
It’s unclear what the ramifications of Opetaia’s lawsuit might be and if it’ll result in a legal battle with the Matchroom promoter.
Hearn and White were offered a probability to squash their beef recently by Turki Alalshikh but Dana White opted to not attend their peace talks.
