Andrew Tate could still fight social media rival ‘Gypsy Crusader’ despite arrest in Miami

Andrew Tate has been told that there continues to be a fight on the market for him if he can get through his latest legal case.

Former kickboxing world champion Tate was arrested earlier this month in Miami and faces extradition to the UK where he faces further charges. He was arrested along along with his brother Tristan Tate, who’s a former European kickboxing champion.

Prior to his legal issues re-emerging, he was in talks for a possible fight with controversial online personality Paul Miller, who goes by ‘Gypsy Crusader‘. Each have competed in celebrity boxing bouts inside the last 12 months, with Miller winning his Brand Risk bout and Tate infamously losing on Misfits Boxing.

Earlier this 12 months after his victory on Brand Risk Promotions, Paul Miller teased that a possible opponent were he to make your mind up to not retire can be Andrew Tate. After his demoralizing defeat to Chase DeMoor Tate had flirted with one other go within the ring but appeared to opt against a bout with Miller.

Now, he faces a far more difficult fight for his freedom within the courtroom. Should he manage to once more avoid a conviction, Miller believes that a fight between the pair can be back on the table and that he might feel obligated to take it.

“That fight didn’t occur because Andrew didn’t need to do it,” Miller told Fred Talks Fighting. “It was not me, I used to be ready. I used to be like ‘look, let’s make it occur,’ and I don’t need to disparage the person because he’s in [jail] so I don’t need to talk badly about him or his brother.

“Simply because they will not be in a position to respond – I’m not their biggest fan but I don’t need to talk badly because they will not be in a position to reply and I don’t prefer to kick people once they’re down. But that was principally what happened. We desired to do it, at first he said yes.

“Then he just sort of ghosted the promoters and all of it sort of fell apart… He had signed a contract with Duel, he was contractually obligated to do one or two more fights and sort of backed out of them after which this s— happened with him being arrested.

“So I don’t know if that fight is ever going to occur. It would if he gets out of jail which I believe he might because I don’t know if I imagine all the fees… When he does, I’m sure that he’ll need money and when he needs that cash he’s going to need to do the fight.

“I’m probably the largest payday that he’s going to get for us to do it and I believe it is smart in a while if he gets out.”
