Riteish Deshmukh and Farah Khan hosted Lock Upp 2 has been making the headlines for quite a lot of reasons. From the drama unfolding as contestant clash with one another to the shocking revelations being made by the inmates, each elements of the controversial reality show has created massive buzz on social media. Throughout the recent episode, actress Shivangi Joshi left everyone shocked as she revealed that she was molested as aa child.
The actor revealed that she was inappropriately touched by someone she considered her mama on a couple of occasion. Read on to know all she said.
Shivangi Joshi Reveals Being Molested As A Child By Her ‘Mama’
Throughout the latest Lock Upp 2 episode, Shivangi Joshi revealed that she was molested by a person she had trusted and thought of her uncle. The ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress said, “Meri mummy ke muh-bole bhai the (He was like a brother to my mother). We used to call him mama ji, and he was a really reputed man. When the conversation was happening that now I will likely be leaving for Mumbai and I need to be an actor, he used that quite a bit. He was my uncle, so mumma also used to completely trust him.”
She continued, “At the moment, he used to inform my mom that he would pick me up from school. At first, he used to inform me that since you’re going to Mumbai for acting, you could learn easy methods to drive a automobile. He used to ask me to take a seat in his lap and hold the steering and move it, saying, ‘You’ll learn it.’ I used to take a seat in his lap, and mujhe samajh nahi aata tha ki kya ho raha hai (I didn’t understand what was happening) and with what intentions. I used to do it, but I didn’t prefer it, so I told him that I don’t need to learn it.”
Shivangi: He Tried To Kiss Me On My Lips
Shivangi Joshi – while fighting back tears, recalled one other equally traumatising incident. Revealing that that the person took advantage of a time when she was home alone, the actress shared, “In the future, my mom and pop needed to go somewhere, so he got here home at night. He then began telling me that for those who are going to Mumbai, you should have to do different sorts of scenes. Then suddenly, he began holding me, and he told me that I needed to be prepared for all types of scenes. Then he kissed me on my brow after which my cheeks, and when he tried to kiss me on my lips.”
She continued, “I pushed him and mistakenly hit him. That angered him, and he threw me on the ground… I don’t know what would have happened that day, but by God’s grace, my mom and pop arrived. My dad heard me screaming. He got here and saw that and beat the uncle, after which threw him out of the home. After that day, I couldn’t step out of the home for a lot of days.”

As per reports, the winner will take home a money prize of Rs 1 crore.
