Pierce O’Leary’s heroic efforts weren’t enough as he was stopped in ten rounds by Mark Chamberlain in front of a raucous home crowd at Dublin’s 3Arena tonight.

IBO world super-lightweight champion O’Leary impressed fans worldwide back in March when he packed the famed venue to the rafters for a clash with Jazza Dickens. He got the stoppage that night, but was robbed of a gathering with Chamberlain when the Brit pulled out of their initial meeting.
