“We just attempt to eat every part with the least carbs as possible,” the 54-year-old explained. “So we attempt to steer clear of the bread, the pasta, the rice. That’s the neatest strategy to eat.”

“Like this morning I ate breakfast, I had this toast. I cut the corner off, ate it, and kept it moving,” he said. “Normally, I’d’ve ate… the entire thing. But you realize, that’s what we do. We cut carbs and take a look at to be smarter.”
