Disgraced rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ kids have sent a stop and desist letter to a person who claims to be the writer of their late mother, Kim Porter’s memoir.

The music mogul’s sons, Christian and Quincy, sent the warning letter to Courtney Burgess over the sales of the memoir under the pseudonym “Jamal Millwood.”

Burgess was also recently revealed to be a witness within the federal case against Sean “Diddy” Combs and has been slammed by the rapper’s lawyers for claiming to have sex tapes of Diddy with A-listers.

In accordance with TMZ, Christian and Quincy have made moves to stop the sale of a memoir linked to their late mother, Porter.

The book titled “Kim Porter Tell It All (‘Tell It All’)” is being hawked by a person called Courtney Burgess.

Nevertheless, Diddy’s sons at the moment are warning him that they’re the “rightful heirs and owners of” their mother’s mental property rights since her passing in November 2018, and for that reason, the alleged diary entries belong to them.

Burgess has repeatedly said that he produced the “original unedited” copy of Porter’s alleged memoir with the assistance of a flash drive from individuals who had an in depth relationship with the late model.

Burgess recently made headlines after claiming he had or had seen disturbing videos of the “Bad Boy for Life” rapper “victimizing” no less than eight of his celebrity friends, which Diddy’s lawyers said were unfaithful and defamatory.

Earlier this month, Burgess and his attorney, Ariel Mitchell, appeared before a federal courthouse in lower Manhattan to testify for a grand jury.

Burgess had earlier claimed that a grand jury had subpoenaed him after saying he had sex tapes from Diddy’s parties and the true memoir of Kim Porter.

Identical to the memory, Burgess said that the videos got here from a flash drive owned by Porter, who’d reportedly obtained the footage from hidden cameras in Diddy’s home.

Sources also told TMZ that the subpoena from federal prosecutors asked Burgess to “turn over all records, including thumb drives, hard drives, electronic storage devices, or devices containing videos and/or other files depicting Diddy.”

It’s unclear if he actually handed over the purported tape or only mentioned it to the jury.

As reported by The Blast, Diddy’s jail cell was recently the goal of a raid by authorities.

His legal team, led by Marc Agnifilo, made the revelation in a filing, where they stated that prosecutors had in some way obtained information that might only have been seized from the rapper’s cell by the feds.

The precise timing of the raid stays unclear. Nevertheless, in response to TMZ, attorney Agnifilo shared that a number of the seized items included Diddy’s handwritten notes to his legal team.

These notes reportedly contained details about defense witnesses and methods for his trial, which is ready to start in May 2025.

In accordance with Page Six, prosecutors accused Diddy of attempting to “corruptly influence” his sex trafficking trial by evading how his calls are monitored, in addition to “blackmailing victims” from his prison cell.

In a filing made on Friday, prosecutors claimed he “repeatedly” communicated with others in ways in which violated the prison’s regulations.

They noted that Diddy had used the phone accounts of “no less than eight other inmates” in an effort to avoid prosecutors monitoring his calls with individuals who aren’t on his contact list.

To worsen it, he allegedly got the opposite person on the decision, including those on his contact list, to “add other individuals via three-way call.”

“This practice can also be not authorized by BOP [Federal Bureau of Prisons] because it helps conceal the identities of the contacted individuals,” the court documents read. “The defendant’s repeated circumvention of BOP regulations—starting almost immediately after arriving at MDC—speaks volumes about his ability to comply with any conditions of release.”
