Mangione was caught on Monday at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pa. after the police received a tip from someone who recognized him from the image they’d sent out.

Police Matched Bullet Casings To The Suspect Luigi Mangione’s Gun
Recent reports have revealed that forensic investigators have made findings which may further incriminate Mangione.
Based on the findings, the bullet casings found on the scene of the December 4 killing of Thompson in midtown Manhattan matched that fro the gun recovered from Mangione.
“We were in a position to match that gun to the three shell casings that we present in midtown on the scene of the homicide,” NYPD commissioner Jessica Tisch said in a press release, per Yahoo.
Based on the commissioner, Mangione also seemingly left behind forensic evidence recovered from other items on the scene.
“NYPD investigators were also in a position to match Mangione’s fingerprints with those found on a water bottle and energy bar recovered from the scene,” Tisch added.

The Alleged CEO Shooter Was Arraigned On Multiple Charges
Based on reports, Mangione was arraigned in Pennsylvania on multiple charges after his arrest.
The fees include forgery, carrying an unlicensed firearm, providing false identification to law enforcement, tampering with records or identification, and possessing “instruments of crime.”
In Recent York, where the crime took place, Mangione faces murder charges together with quite a few additional offenses.
Authorities within the state are currently arranging Mangione’s extradition, but the method could take weeks as he’s actively contesting the transfer.
