Marvel CEO Teases Jonathan Majors’ Possible Return As Kang

In keeping with Screengeek, Marvel Studios CEO Kevin Feige is considering bringing Majors back into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Some Fans Want Majors As Black Panther, Not Kang
One other section of Marvel fans thinks Majors should return as Black Panther because the role has been vacant since Chadwick Boseman’s death.
A fan on X posted an image of Majors in a Black Panther costume with the caption, “I’ll leave this here.. I mean, they need to recast the Black Panther role.”
The post quickly garnered many positive reactions from other X users, with comments like, “I believe this may be an interesting idea that would work out.”

Still, despite the keenness, Marvel Studios executives have dismissed the concept of recasting Chadwick Boseman “for now.”
VP of Production and Development Nate Moore declared, “The reality is, there is no truth to those rumors. Never say never to anything; we have not really had a variety of creative conversations with [writer and director] Ryan Coogler yet because he’s ending his film Sinners, which comes out this yr,” per ComicBook.
Jonathan Major’s ‘Magazine Dreams’ Set For Theatrical Release
Two years after Majors’ “Magazine Dreams” was shown on the Sundance Film Festival, the movie will finally be released on the massive screen on March 21, 2025.
Searchlight Pictures had already won the bidding for the movie before dropping it after Majors’ assault and harassment charges, per The Hollywood Reporter.
The film’s trailer was released earlier this week to much acclaim from fans who praised Majors’ acting within the teaser.
“Magazine Dreams” follows the struggles of an amateur bodybuilder “who struggles to search out human connection,” per IMDb.
The movie shall be Major’s first since he played Damian Anderson in “Creed III,” released in March 2023.

Meagan Good Cherishes Recent-Found Romance With Majors
The pair first met at Ebony Magazine‘s Power 100 Gala in October 2022 and officially got together in May 2023.
Megan recently sat for an interview with the magazine, during which she disclosed that they felt an easy connection the day they met.
