PLDT High Speed Hitters’ Savi Davison was invited to hitch the Alas Pilipinas pool –MARLO CUETO/IINQUIRER.net
MANILA, Philippines —Savi Davison said she is honored to be invited to play for Alas Pilipinas, but she still undecided about committing to the national team.
The Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) on Wednesday expressed its intention to tap Davison and Petro Gazz’s duo Brooke Van Sickle and MJ Phillips, the Filipino-Canadian spiker.

Davison has to alter federations from Canada to the Philippines to be eligible to suit up for Alas Pilipinas.

“I’m honored to be considered and pooled with the perfect within the Philippines. It could be an amazing opportunity!” the PLDT High Speed Hitters star told Inquirer Sports.

“I’m open to it but haven’t yet made the choice, I would like to give attention to the present PVL season at once,” said the PLDT star.
The hard-hitting outside spiker is reportedly consdering quite a lot of things after the PNVF’s invite, specifically about her health and her time along with her family.
But Davison is having an amazing time contributing to the expansion of Philippine volleyball through playing within the PVL.
“Knowing how much love and support radiates through the volleyball community here, is to represent the whole lot of it in terms of international platforms. The game is progressing significantly and that ought to reflected when competing and representing the Philippines,” she said.
Davison, who missed the Reinforced Conference resulting from a knee injury, has regained her explosive form leading PLDT’s 6-3 record as the present best scorer with 211 points built on 193 spikes, 17 blocks, and ace.
