Former “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Teddi Mellencamp has revealed she is about to undergo surgery after discovering multiple tumors in her brain.
Mellencamp has all the time been open about her health struggles and documented her cancer journey on social media.
Her latest update comes every week after she shared her melanoma journey to boost awareness on World Cancer Day.

Teddi Mellencamp’s Reveals She Has Multiple Brain Tumors
On Wednesday, Mellencamp took to her Instagram page to share a health update together with her fans.
She posted a message by which she revealed the health struggles she has been coping with previously weeks.
“For the last several weeks I have been coping with severe and debilitating headaches,” Mellencamp began. “Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization.”
The tv personality revealed she underwent a CT scan, after which “doctors found multiple tumors” on her brain.
Based on her, the doctors imagine the tumors “have been growing for at the very least 6 months.”

Mellencamp also shared that “two of the tumors will probably be surgically removed today” while “the remaining smaller tumors will probably be handled via radiation at a later date.”
She thanked her family, friends, and medical practitioners for his or her efforts in making her healthy, writing, “I’m blessed to be surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses and surgeons who’re doing every thing possible to get me back into higher health.”
Mellencamp concluded, “Thanks to everybody who has reached out, and to everyone who has supported me along this journey.”

Mellencamp Celebrates World Cancer Day
On February 4, Teddi Mellencamp celebrated World Cancer Day by posting an image of the scar from the surgical procedures she underwent.
Within the post’s caption, the fact TV star, who has spent years removing 17 different melanoma spots, urged her followers to ascertain their skin often.
She wrote, “It’s #WorldCancerDay so I’d wish to remind you to get your skin checks scheduled.”
Mellencamp also shared a clip from her recent appearance on “The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast,” where she shared details about her skin cancer diagnosis.
The 43-year-old revealed that she had a “ginormous patch” on her shoulder since birth and later noticed marks on her back resembling sun spots. She admitted that she hadn’t taken them seriously at first and hadn’t realized the severity of skin cancer.
She also said, “Just about throughout the following three years, I believe I’ve had over 20 surgeries.”
