He said, “She’s there supporting her spouse and she or he’s made the sport greater.”

The Eagles’ running back added, “We’re all about, in football, we’re all about how we will expand the sport and make it more internationally and we’re traveling to Brazil and we’re traveling to Mexico, and apparently we’re traveling to Australia soon, so we’re attempting to expand the sport and her being an element of it is barely helping that, so I do not get the slack that she’s getting.”

There are different theories about why Taylor Swift was booed on the Super Bowl. On the one hand, some fans speculated that the boos were from Eagles fans who were getting back at Swift for betraying them.

The “Blank Space” singer, a Pennsylvania native, has previously spoken of her support for the Eagles and even mentioned them in her song “Gold Rush.” Nonetheless, she had to modify allegiances to the Chiefs after her romance with Kelce began.

However, there are theories that supporters of President Donald Trump were accountable for booing Swift.

Trump has never hidden his dislike for Swift, and he once declared that he hated her while the singer endorsed Kamala Harris ahead of the 2024 presidential elections.

Meanwhile, one other fan theory speculates that “insecure men with fragile egos” were behind the boos against Swift. The pop diva’s fans defended her by trending #WeLoveYouTaylor on X.

Many slammed those behind the boos, claiming they were “threatened” by Swift’s presence. Supporters praised Swift, noting she has sold out stadiums worldwide and continues to anger critics just by existing.
