AEW Dynamite began off with a heated promo between Maxwell Jacob Friedman and “Hangman” Adam Page.
Those two have been at one another’s throats on and off for the reason that very first match in All Elite Wrestling history, and their face-to-face delved into their clash within the Casino Battle Royal, their feud over the AEW World Championship, the Dynamite Diamond Ring and more.
MJF’s assessment was that despite all of the bad things he’s done, the fans keep accepting Page, and he isn’t given the identical treatment. Page was predestined to be the important character, so if he’s going to be the hero of the story, MJF has no problem being the important villain.
As per usual, they got here to blows, and it was then announced that a match between the 2 has been made official for AEW Revolution coming up on Sunday, March ninth.
The rivalry between MJF and Hangman Page has deep roots from the beginnings of AEW!
