Elon Musk is back within the headlines against a girl named Ashley St. Clair claimed she had his alleged thirteenth child last 12 months. But that’s not even the wild part—now, she’s suing him for sole custody of their alleged son.

Details On Ashley St. Clair’s Lawsuit Against Elon Musk Over Their Alleged Son
TMZ obtained court documents filed on Feb. 21, showing Ashley St. Clair wants sole custody of the son she allegedly shares with Elon Musk. She also claimed Musk desired to keep the newborn news under wraps and has only seen their son thrice since his birthday last September. On top of that, St. Clair claims Elon straight-up ghosted her once word about their child hit the general public.
The lawsuit also mentions that Ashley and Elon, saying they purportedly began dating in 2023 and had their son, who reportedly goes by R.S.C. in 2024. Ashley also says Elon has acknowledged he’s the dad in multiple messages, even when R.S.C. was born.

Elon’s drama with Ashley St. Clair isn’t the primary time he’s made headlines over baby issues. Earlier this month, TSR shared that Grimes, the mother of his son, X Æ A-Xii, spoke out after he appeared in a televised briefing at The White House with Elon and Donald Trump.
Grimes wasn’t feeling X’s big TV debut and made that clear on X (formerly Twitter after a social media user commented on X Æ A-Xii appearance. When the social media user wrote, “Lil X was polite today! You raised him well. He was so cute when he told DJT “please forgive me, I want to pee.”
Grimes replied saying, “He shouldn’t be in public like this. I didn’t see this, thank u for alerting me. But I’m glad he was polite. Sigh.”
