West Ham would have hoped for greater than this season has produced, but they’ve lost only 4 of their last 11 home matches and so they could repeat their result from St James’ Park earlier within the season by winning this one 2-0.
Special of the Day – Over 2.5 goals in Espanyol v Girona @ 6/5
Girona haven’t reached the heights of last season and that’s no real surprise given key players Aleix Garcia and Artem Dovbyk were poached in the summertime.
The White and Reds are closer to a relegation battle than a top-four position this term, but they will no less than serve-up an entertaining contest with Espanyol.
There have been 73 goals in Girona’s 26 La Liga matches this season and Míchel’s men will proceed to go on the front foot.
Espanyol have been a little bit more circumspect of their approach, however the Parakeets have found the web in two games against Real Madrid, and when taking up Barcelona this term, so Manolo Gonzalez’s men can contribute to a high-scoring clash.
