American tourists ‘whipped by horse and carriage driver for not paying fare’ | News World

That is the moment a few Americans got greater than they bargained for when the motive force of a horse and carriage threatened them together with his whip for allegedly not paying for his or her ride.

The video was shot on Tuesday in Dublin, just after St Patrick’s Day celebrations, and was shared online.

Within the footage, the terrified tourists could be seen cowering by a wall because the furious driver raises his massive whip.

He could be heard yelling at them: ‘Pay now, pay into my f****** checking account.’

The unfolding scene leaves one tourist to say to the motive force: ‘I actually have money, ‘It’s 100 US, it’s extra.’

But the motive force is having none of it and shouts: ‘F****** b*******.’

The 2 tourists then say: ‘I’m sorry, we’ve learned our lesson, thanks.’

It will not be clear from the video footage whether the tourists actually paid for his or her ride.

As soon because the video was shared on the social media platform X, people were quick to provide their tackle all of it.

Crystal Clark was on the side of the motive force and wrote: ‘Served them right’.

Marian Durkin identified: ‘I mean, it’s money well spent. They did get full Irish experience.’

Nonetheless, one other social media user called M.J.H commented: ‘Probably being ripped off and overcharged.’

In celebration of St Patrick’s Day, the town of Dublin turned green for it, with people from across the globe visiting the place.

There was a celebration atmosphere within the Irish capital, as huge parades were held in front of the President Michael D Higgins.

Around 500,000 people from home and abroad watched the 1000’s of individuals participating and performing in the colorful and really creative parade.

The visitors to Dublin who got here from across the globe wore all shades of green, against the sounds of Irish traditional music, local and international marching bands, and non-stop on-street entertainment.
