The ten-year-old was in Arizona supporting her father, Ye, formerly Kanye West, at a listening party for ‘Vultures 2.’ At one point through the March 10 event, she took the stage. While within the highlight, she dropped the bombshell news.
“I’ve been working on an album…” North West said as the gang went wild. “…called ‘Elementary School Dropout.’”
Northie’s album name is a play on her father’s iconic project, ‘College Dropout.’ Last month marked 20 years since Ye released the 21-track album. It earned him his first three GRAMMY awards on the forty seventh annual show, including ‘Best Rap Album.’
It’s unclear how far along within the album production process North West is. But her daddy was right at her side while she gagged the audience with the news!
