The UFC opened its April schedule on Saturday with UFC Fight Night 240 on the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, and with UFC 300 one week away, it was happening as entirely forgettable – until the predominant event.

Brendan Allen (24-5 MMA, 12-2 UFC) and Chris Curtis (31-11 MMA, 5-3 UFC) saved the day with their middleweight rematch, which Allen won by split decision to avenge a December 2021 loss by TKO, and “All In” has now won seven consecutive bouts.
