The Company Denounces Gaddis’ Derogatory Language
As mentioned, the North Carolina-based company is owned by a Black woman. It released a press release, saying Gaddis’ “inflammatory remarks on social media don’t align with the values and beliefs of our company.”
Moreover, the statement read that Rophe is “committed to fostering a various, inclusive, and respectful work environment where all individuals are valued and revered.”
Sis said, ‘not on my watch!’
The influencer posted a video where she was going off on minorities, feminists, and the LGBTQ+ community and even dropped the n-word. She said the phrase “broke a** n*****.” Gaddis was subsequently fired for her flippant speech.
After Lilly faced backlash, she went on InfoWard and tried to say her racist comments were free speech. Moreover, Lilly posted an update saying she got fired, and her X, formerly often called Twitter, account was temporarily suspended.

Social Media Reacts To Lilly Gaddis’ Firing
@thatred_guy stated, “Becky, freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom from consequences.”
Some Roommates desired to catch a fade.
@therealbeyli stated, “couldn’t find care ? girl come outside.”
Other commenters felt it was best to disregard Gaddis’ ignorance completely.
“I pray all of the BLACK WOMEN have a stress free SELF LOVING day. My sista, what’s the very last thing you probably did in your self care, gorgeous?” @fuel4thbody asked.
Meanwhile, Gaddis has since continued to make use of the n-word on her X account.

The leader of Rophe hit the nail on the pinnacle — diversity and inclusion matter.
Supporters of Gaddis’ rhetoric will likely lift her up on social media, and the foolery will proceed, but she may find that her colourful language doesn’t align with violent racists. Orrrr she may very well be down…we’ll need to wait and see.
