2024 Emmy Predictions:
Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series

Weekly Commentary (Updated: June 18, 2024): We have now 217 names within the awards discussion for supporting drama actresses this 12 months, in comparison with 196 last 12 months and 319 and 385 within the previous two years. This category is more likely to yield nominees from the fewest variety of shows.
Netflix’s final season of its royal drama “The Crown” is predicted to secure nominations for frontrunners Elizabeth Debicki and Lesley Manville, who occupy the highest two spots. The strongest contenders for “The Morning Show” are Greta Lee, Holland Taylor, and Nicole Beharie. Meanwhile, “The Gilded Age” features Emmy favorites corresponding to Christine Baranski and Cynthia Nixon.
