There are many creepy people on this world – and we have now one other one in the shape of a person by the name of Brian Ray Stephens from Panama City, Florida.
Taking to Twitter, Mr. Stephens decided to shoot his shot with the recently married and mother of 1 – Tay Melo. Stephens wrote,

Melo, clearly taking things in stride, clapped back with the next:
