Francis Ngannou has revealed he desires to fight Renan Ferreira in October.
After losing to Anthony Joshua in his second skilled boxing bout, he’s now able to make his MMA return.
Now, Ngannou has told the Joe Rogan Podcast he hopes to just do that in three months time.
“We’ve got a reasonably good relationship [with the PFL],” he said. “I might be fighting by the tip of the yr.”
The previous UFC star stated nothing is finalised yet, however the PFL are working on making the fight occur on October 19 in Saudi Arabia.
Ngannou, who has an MMA record of 17-3, has not seen the within a cage since January 2022.
That was when he outpointed Ciryl Gane over five rounds at UFC 270.
