Details On Carmelo’s Daughter’s Birthday
Carmelo Anthony’s daughter, Genesis, paid tribute to him within the most endearing way at her seventh celebration on August 1. Her mother, Mia Burks, shared a behind-the-scenes have a look at the festivities through a series of Instagram posts.
Mia captioned the posts, “A love supreme. *today is all about YOU,” together with a birthday cake emoticon.
Genesis celebrated her special occasion with a Latest York Knicks-themed celebration, surrounded by family and friends.
The footage shows Genesis posing in a custom Knicks cheerleader outfit together with her dad’s signature jersey, which displays the number 7 to represent his team number and her age.
Sticking to its theme, the event featured decorations within the Knicks’ signature blue and orange colours and included party favors with Carmelo Anthony’s jersey.

What’s Tea With Carmelo Anthony & Mia Burke?
BCK Online reports that Mia Burks gave birth to Genesis Harlo on August 1, 2017, and he or she claimed that Carmelo Anthony was her father while he was still married to La La Anthony.
Roomies, if y’all recall La La and Carmelo married from 2010-2021. The NBA baller and actress also share a 17-year-old son named Kiyan Anthony.
Carmelo has never publicly claimed Genesis as his daughter or confirmed rumors of his infidelity. Nonetheless, in May 2023, Carmelo officially announced his retirement from the NBA after 19 seasons. He shared the announcement in an Instagram video, recalling his profession and sharing a photograph of Kiyan and Genesis.
