In keeping with court documents obtained by AllHipHop, the dismissal of the suit was filed on Thursday, August 8. It was allegedly approved by Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett at the USA District Court of California.
“The court agreed with Tip and Tameka that Jane Doe doesn’t appear to have any viable claims.
