Varun Dhawan joined Dinesh Vijan’s horror-comedy universe with the 2022 film Bhediya. Following a positive response, the makers are reportedly eyeing a sequel film. As per reports on a number one news portal, production for the film will begin soon. 
The report revealed that Bhediya 2 starring Varun Dhawan will go on floors towards the tip of 2025. Varun Dhawan will begin shooting soon after. He’ll reprise his role as Bhaskar within the horror-comedy that sees him play a werewolf.
Varun Dhawan made an appearance in Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Abhishek Banerjee starrer Stree 2. The crossover that connects to a scene from Bhediya was an enormous hit with audiences.
Currently, Varun Dhawan is gearing up for the discharge of his upcoming film Baby John and his OTT series Citadel: Honey Bunny.
