Rick Dhaliwal: Lucic’s agent Gerry Johansson said that Milan Lucic hasn’t signed a PTO with the Devils.
Lucic would should be cleared by the NHL before he’s capable of sign anything.

Bringing in a right-handed defenseman to camp on a PTO would make sense for the Islanders. 24-year-old Calen Addison may very well be a superb option for the Isles.
He was a 2018 second-round pick by the Pittsburgh Penguins and has played parts of 4 seasons within the NHL. He played the San Jose Sharks and Minnesota Wild last season.
