The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has shared an update on the normal PPV buys for WWE Bash In Berlin 2024, which took place in Germany last Saturday.
Traditional PPV buys for WWE primarily come from rural areas, as their events are actually mostly streamed on Peacock.
The event garnered 6,600 purchases, marking a ten% increase from WWE Money In The Bank, a 65.9% increase from WWE Clash At The Castle 2024, and a 34.3% decrease from WWE SummerSlam 2024.
Only 48% of those that purchased WWE Bash In Berlin 2024 also bought WWE SummerSlam 2024, while 15.4% purchased AEW All In London 2024.
Amongst those that bought WWE SummerSlam 2024, only 6.8% also purchased AEW All In London 2024.
This trend shows that those buying smaller WWE events usually tend to purchase AEW shows.
