Sachin Sanghvi and Jigar Saraiya are two of essentially the most influential musicians in Bollywood. Music lovers are well aware that there’s a Sachin-Jigar song for each mood and season. The musicians have worked in lots of necessary projects, including creating recent chartbusters for Stree, Stree 2, Munjya, and more.
During an exclusive interview with Filmfare, the musical duo opened up on the state of theatre in India while speaking about their upcoming theatrical production Rajadhiraaj. The duo also quipped in regards to the actors who’re musicians within the country and the way more opportunities in theatre can take the Indian musical scene to great levels. While chatting with us, Sachin and Jigar praised Shraddha Kapoor, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Jaaved Jaaferi for his or her singing abilities.
Jigar noted, “I might say, Ayushman (Khurrana) can literally sing. Jaaved Jaaferi and Shraddha Kapoor can sing, for that matter of fact. So, there are such a lot of individuals who can sing. It just makes it rattling real! Shraddha singing her own song…” About having quite a few actor-musicians in India, Sachin said, “Yes, they’re there. Now we have curated 20 of them out of 60 who were shortlisted. The actors were capable of sing and the singers were capable of act. So, that crossover is a really high quality one. It isn’t everybody’s cup of tea, but then that is what it’s, right? That is what you are paying money for.”
