Ubisoft recently delayed Assassin’s Creed Shadows, partly attributable to Star Wars Outlaws underperforming. The team has now shared an updated roadmap because it continues to deal with player feedback while delivering recent content. Leading as much as its first story pack release on November 21, players can expect two title updates. The primary update will likely be released on October 3, specializing in bug fixes and enhancements, while the second will give attention to quality of life enhancements. The sport will pause major updates until November 21, when improvements to combat and stealth will likely be introduced, together with the discharge of Wild Card. Players without the DLC will receive free additional contracts as a part of the brand new content.
In my review of Star Wars Outlaws, I discovered the sport disappointing, particularly its essential gameplay loop. The stealth and combat weren’t very engaging, and it’s unlucky that players can have to attend until November 21 for these issues to be addressed. It did an ideal job immersing players in a Star Wars world that felt alive, but ultimately, it wasn’t a really fun experience for me.
