Charleston White currently sits in custody at Lon Evans Correction Center. In keeping with Sportskeeda, authorities have reportedly charged the entrepreneur with animal cruelty and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
News of White’s arrest blew up on X (formerly Twitter) after a user named @FearedBuck posted his mugshot. The post racked up over 500,000 views and sparked conversations about his previous arrests on similar charges.

More Info About Charleston’s Past Charges & Previous Arrest
In December 2023, the Fort Value Star-Telegram revealed that Charleston White faced arrest related to animal cruelty allegations from December 2022 and an assault incident in November 2023.
The outlet shared that the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office had filed a report claiming White tortured a cat by spraying it with pepper spray. This led to 2 counts of aggravated assault in November 2023 after someone called in in regards to the incident. Nonetheless, White insisted he was the victim within the situation, in accordance with a police report.
