Kelsey Anderson and Joey Graziadei first crossed paths on Joey’s season of “The Bachelor,” where he ultimately proposed to her, asking for her hand in marriage.
Now a contestant on “Dancing With the Stars,” Joey has won over fans along with his charisma and impressive dance skills, and his upcoming performance is about to be particularly meaningful for Kelsey.
Earlier this week, “Dancing With the Stars” announced that next week’s episode will honor the individuals who hold a special place within the contestants’ hearts, and Joey Graziadei selected Kelsey Anderson as his special person.

Kelsey Anderson Responds To Fiancé Joey Graziadei Dedicating Upcoming ‘DWTS’ Performance To Her
Joey Graziadei’s upcoming performance on “DWTS” is about to be particularly sentimental for his fiancé, Kelsey Anderson. “It’s very special, truthfully,” Anderson Us Weekly. “I like all his dances, but this one’s definitely gonna be extraordinary for me.”
Joey and his partner, Jenna Johnson, will perform a Viennese waltz to Teddy Swims’ song “Lose Control.”
“I get more nervous than him obviously, but it surely’s so exciting,” she said of watching her fiancé dance. “It’s so amazing to see all of the work that he puts in and the way everyone seems to be just rooting him on. He’s doing amazing and he’s crushing it.”
Because the competition heats up, Graziadei has shown remarkable progress, remaining neck-and-neck with fellow contestant Chandler Kinney at the highest of the leaderboard.

Joey Graziadei Says ‘DWTS’ Is Becoming More Intense
Graziadei admitted that as he advances further within the competition, the challenges develop into more intense—but he’s still having an incredible time.
“It’s getting tougher and tougher every week. I believe it compounds slightly bit because it keeps happening, but truthfully I’m making it through,” he told Us. “I’m having fun with it. I’m just attempting to take it day by day. However it’s been a ton of fun.”

Joey Gets Partnered With Jenna Johnson
Ahead of the competition show, Joey said he told producers that he was in “such an ideal place in my life with every little thing that Kelsey and I even have built that I didn’t wish to have a distraction” and the way he knew fans would analyze his partnership on “Dancing With the Stars.”
“It was something I thought of coming in,” Joey said. “I desired to be in a situation where I used to be comfortable that I didn’t must worry about a variety of this noise. So, I asked once I got on the show to be paired with someone that was in a successful and healthy relationship.”
Joey ultimately got partnered with Jenna Johnson, who’s married to fellow “DWTS” pro Val Chmerkovskiy.

“I believe it’s very obvious that my relationship is thought on the show. I mean, I even have a toddler [and] my husband’s on the show as well,” Jenna said. “I believed, you already know, people would obviously know that Joey’s engaged.”

Kelsey Anderson Addresses Joey’s Relationship With Jenna
In response to rumors suggesting that Jenna and Joey shared a relationship beyond friendship, Kelsey addressed the claims, expressing that she actually found them amusing.
“So many persons are like, ‘Kelsey, why is Jenna touching your man like that?’ And truthfully, I don’t know, possibly since it’s her job,” she shared in a TikTok video. “Possibly because she’s an expert dancer and he or she has to the touch him to bop. I don’t know, that’s my understanding of it.”
She continued, “I even have to have a certain level of security to undergo all that, and Joey and I are still together and robust after a 12 months of all that craziness. Joey can also be the sort of man to provide me the safety that I want or give me the reassurance that I want and deserve in our relationships.”
‘Dancing With the Stars’ To Host ‘Dedication Night’
The nine remaining couples will perform heartfelt tributes to the influential figures and institutions of their lives on the ballroom floor.
Special guest judge Mark Ballas joins the show, while Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert will have fun her triumphant return to the ballroom with a moving routine set to “Beautiful Things (Acoustic)” by Benson Boone.
