The allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs proceed as a brand new wave of lawsuits includes more claims of rape.

Diddy, 54, was named in seven more complaints, five of which were filed in Latest York Federal Court on Sunday, October 20, while the opposite two were accepted in Latest York Supreme Court on Monday, October 21. The allegations included multiple claims of Diddy allegedly drugging individuals who attended his infamous parties after which performing nonconsensual sex acts on them while they were disoriented.

In a single filing obtained by Us Weekly, an unnamed female independent music artist, known as Jane Doe, claimed that she attended a December 2022 party hosted by Diddy in Latest York City. She accused the rapper of offering her cocaine, pills and marijuana, all of which she refused. She as an alternative accepted a glass of wine.

Diddy later allegedly invited her to his private office where she began to feel disoriented. The lady accused Diddy of raping her, writing within the docs, “The following thing Plaintiff (Doe) clearly remembers is waking up around 6:00 AM, confused and disoriented, in the identical office where the assault took place.”

The plaintiff recalled seeing blood on her legs, bruising on her lips and imprints on her arms and wrists, which made her assume she had been tied with ropes.

“Overwhelmed with fear and panic, [she] frantically looked for her belongings, including her phone and garments, but couldn’t find them. As an alternative, she discovered a pair of pants, a shirt and slides which she quickly placed on before attempting to escape. [She] eventually left the residence,” the grievance continued. “In consequence of this incident, [she] has suffered significant emotional distress and trauma. She continues to cope with the psychological and emotional consequences of the assault.”

In a separate lawsuit, a private trainer claimed he was “drugged and repeatedly sexually assaulted” by Diddy. The John Doe within the filing recalled getting invited to an exclusive afterparty where he was allegedly asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement. He was later instructed to drink a tequila soda with a cranberry juice mixer, which he claimed was drugged.

“Eventually, a business associate of Combs guided [the] plaintiff from a big room illuminated with red lights right into a smaller room,” the lawsuit read. “There Plaintiff observed roughly a dozen individuals, including several well-known figures, who were engaging in group-sex activities.”

The alleged victim began to “feel disoriented, dizzy and weak,” adding, “At this moment of realizing his significant impairment, Combs approached Plaintiff, removed his pants and commenced performing nonconsensual oral sex onto him.”

John Doe’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, addressed the lawsuit in a press release, saying, “While out and in of consciousness, individuals on the party forced Plaintiff into sexual acts with each men and ladies. [The] plaintiff’s physical disposition made it unimaginable for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body. These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed plaintiff’s drugged body around like a celebration favor for his or her sexual enjoyment.”

A rep for Combs denied the allegations within the trainer’s lawsuit. “The lawyer behind this lawsuit is thinking about media attention quite than the reality, as is apparent from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” their statement to Us read. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot reply to every latest publicity stunt, even in response to claims which are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence within the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the reality will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Diddy is currently being held in a reformatory without bail after he was indicted in September on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to have interaction in prostitution. His trial is ready to start out in May 2025.

The music mogul pleaded not guilty to the fees and faces a sentence of as much as life in prison if convicted. Diddy has since been named in dozens of lawsuits where he has been accused of sexual assault. His legal team continues to disclaim the allegations.
