Cathy Kelley is a member of Mensa, which is a high IQ society that features around 150,000 members of all ages in 90+ countries worldwide. These individuals are principally geniuses!
While speaking on a recent edition of the “B4TheBell” podcast, Kelley was asked about taking the Mensa test and why she didn’t speak about it much at first.
You possibly can try some highlights from the podcast below:
On taking the Mensa test: “I don’t know where a Mensa Journalist got here from, I believe that’s a made up term, I just took the Mensa test and I got in. I used to be doing podcasts and I used to be talking about wrestling as a really latest fan. Sometimes you don’t have as much context in your opinions on the show. I got lots of hate and lots of people calling me a “dumb C word.” I desired to prove that I’m only half of that. So, I took the test. I took a few online tests simply to ensure that I had a very good likelihood of getting in. I believe the test was administered somewhere closer to Orange County. They do it once every month couple of months. This was a protracted time ago at this point and I can’t remember anything past three days. Went to take the test, was type of nervous that I wouldn’t get in and there can be this whole thing for nothing. I didn’t tell anyone that I did it. There was this actress who I knew who was on ABC Family on the time, who was also in there with possibly three or 4 other people taking the test and the administrator. I got a letter a pair weeks after the very fact and it said that I got in.”
On not talking about it much at first: “I didn’t speak about it for a very long time because I assumed it was type of pretentious. I just desired to do it to prove to myself. The person who really encouraged me to speak about it more was Stephanie McMahon. She said how much of an accomplishment that it was and the way I needs to be really happy with it versus hiding that fact about me.”
