Macaulay Culkin Has Never Been To…
In a recent interview with Bustle on January 7, Song opened up about how Costco became an unexpected setting for a heartwarming memory with Culkin.
“I had just dropped off my son at preschool and was with Mack. We were sitting at Costco, and it hadn’t opened yet,” Song recalled. “Mack was sitting there going, ‘Babe’ — he had never been to a Costco before we began dating — ‘We’re sitting in a Costco. I’m wearing Crocs. Costco’s not even open yet. You’ve tamed the beast, honey.’”
The moment was each hilarious and tender, capturing the down-to-earth dynamic between the 2 stars. Song added with fun, “And I used to be like, ‘How dare you, sir!’”

Brenda Song Opens Up About Her Time On Disney Channel
Starting at age 16, Song spent six years portraying the lovable and hilariously clueless socialite London Tipton on “The Suite Lifetime of Zack & Cody” and its sequel, “The Suite Life on Deck” — a job where the dialogue was, naturally, G-rated.
“Coming from a Disney Channel background, I feel individuals are almost scared. It feels weird to see you that way,” she told Bustle. “But I’ll be honest. I feel in LA, ‘f-ck’ is a verb. It’s a noun. It’s an adjective. It’s natural in my language. Since having children, I’ve had to actually watch myself. People wish to say that Valley Girls say ‘like.’ I feel we are saying ‘f-ck’ as much as ‘like.’”
Navigating Parenthood And Hollywood
A couple of years ago, Song revealed that she and Culkin have been navigating parenthood with out a nanny, but she’s grateful for her strong support system, which helps her juggle parenting and her acting profession.
“My fiancé and I are very hands-on,” she mentioned to The Cut of parenting. “We do not have a nanny, but my mom has been here with us since my son was born. He’s 9 months old now.”
She added, “I feel while you and your partner have kids, especially the primary few months, you do not have the patience to be polite with one another. Being communicative while you need assistance is so necessary. As an alternative of getting set duties, we just feel one another out. I will be putting my son down, and my partner is like, ‘Let me feed the animals and get dinner ready.'”

It was so much,” she said. “Once I stepped into motherhood, it made me query so much: my place on this industry, my place as a lady, ageism on this industry, society’s pressures of what beauty is, what being young is. Things that I’d never questioned before.”
She added, “And in addition, my priority is my children, so I can’t just uproot my life and go live in Bulgaria for nine months to shoot a movie. I used to be like, ‘Does acting still slot in my life?’”
