It comes after Kanye West called on President Donald Trump to release Diddy ahead of his May 5 trial for allegedly sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to have interaction in prostitution.

West caused a stir online after calling embattled rapper Diddy his “twin.”
Within the early hours of Sunday morning, he shared a throwback photo of Diddy on the Grammy Awards red carpet together with his former partner Jennifer Lopez, rocking her iconic green Versace dress.
“REMEMBER WHEN J LO PULLED UP TO THE RED CARPET WITH MY TWIN,” West captioned the post.

This raised eyebrows as fans took to the rapper’s comment section to pen their reactions.
“Why does Kanye need to associate with Diddy?” an individual asked. One other sarcastically wrote, “Yeah, my twin !!! The guy on trial for [allegedly] raping little boys and beating the daylights out of his girlfriend! Besties.”
“[I don’t know] if now’s a very good time to be twining with Puff XD,” a 3rd individual shared.
One other warned West of his remarks, writing, “You don’t need to be related to those people.”
Yet one more individual slammed West’s comments by sharing a photograph of a news headline about him being “accused of drugging and sexually assaulting” his former personal assistant at a Diddy party.

Kanye West Begs Trump To ‘Free Puff’
West’s support for Diddy implies that the previous feuding rappers have mended their broken relationship.
The Yeezy owner recently called for him to be released, going so far as begging President Donald Trump to “free Puff” while also revealing he was releasing a clothing line in collaboration with Diddy’s Sean John brand.
“Thanks to my brother @Ye,” Diddy replied to West’s post, sharing a link to the Yeezy website.
Diddy has been locked behind bars on the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he faces several sex crime charges.

Kanye West Thinks Diddy’s Legal Troubles Are A Result Of Racism
In one among his many social media rants, West claimed that racism was the reason for Diddy’s ongoing legal troubles.
The “Carnival” rapper, who’d been away from the country for long because he reportedly feared being dragged into Diddy’s case, likened the music mogul’s legal battle together with his antisemitic scandal, suggesting Diddy was being ousted because the frontman of world alcoholic drinks giant, Diageo.
Using racist slurs and targeting the Jewish community, he wrote, “ALL YOU PLEEEEEASE COME AT ME THATS HOW WE SPOT THE K-ONS LET THESE WHITE PEOPLE AND JEWISH PEOPLE TELL YOU WHAT TO DO AND SAY F-CK DIAGEO AND F-CK ALL YALL N–GAS IN ADVANCE.”
He went further to pinpoint racism as the rationale why Diddy is currently going through his troubles before writing, “JUST FOR CLARITY THEY TYRING TO MAKE AN EXAMPLE OUT OF PUFF ME AND MY BROTHER HAD OUR ISSUES BUT THESE WHITE PEOPLE TRYING TO USE PUFF TO SCARE N–GAS IM NEITHER SCARED NOR BRAVE THIS JUST ME.”

Kanye West Gives Controversial Take On Diddy And Cassie’s Video
The daddy of 4 seemingly angered many fans when he made a controversial tackle the viral video where Diddy was seen hitting and stomping on his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura.
West shared a screenshot of a scene from the video which saw Diddy in white towels and Cassie bending to assemble her things. He wrote, “You’ve got to really be in like to get to the purpose of risking every part.”
His controversial take prompted a community notes comment by the platform that read, “This just isn’t Love. That is Sean “Diddy” Combs violently assaulting his girlfriend on the time, Cassie,” with a link to the viral video that was shared by CNN on the time.
“Are you saying this shows he truly loves her?” an X user wrote within the comment section, while one other said, “Keep that very same energy when men treat North and Chicago that way.”

The Yeezy Owner Was Allegedly ‘Terrified ‘ Of Returning To The U.S. Amid His Lawsuits And Diddy’s Scandal
Before West’s shocking posts about Diddy, reports claimed that his prolonged stay abroad was attributable to his fear of being dragged into Diddy’s legal scandal and his own lawsuits.
In January, a source told the Every day Mail that West was “terrified” of coming back to the U.S.
“Kanye’s reasoning for not being [in America] has nothing to do together with his children and has every part to do with the multiple lawsuits that he’s facing within the States,” the source said.
“With all these items with Diddy, Kanye is terrified,” the sources continued, referencing the continued sex crime charges which have been leveled against Diddy.
