Jamie Carragher has warned Mikel Arteta that Arsenal transfer goal Alexander Isak would ‘surely’ relatively join Liverpool if he was to go away Newcastle United.

Paul Merson rates Isak because the ‘best centre forward within the Premier League right away’ and says he would take Arsenal to the Premier League title.

‘There is no such thing as a doubt that every one the highest clubs will wish to sign him. With Financial Fair Play (FFP) also coming into the image, it should be interesting to see if Newcastle can hold on to him.
‘If Arsenal signed Isak, I can be shocked in the event that they don’t find yourself winning the Premier League.’
