Batting superstar Virat Kohli has entered his name within the history books on Sunday, becoming the primary Indian batter to attain a century within the Champions Trophy against Pakistan.

Virat Kohli has entered his name within the history books on Sunday, February 23, by becoming the primary Indian batter to attain a century within the Champions Trophy against Pakistan. The previous India captain achieved the target in the continuing Champions Trophy 2025 match against Mohammad Rizwan-led side currently underway at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
Kohli crossed the 100-run mark with a boundary on the third ball of the forty third over of the run chase, which was bowled by Khushdil Shah. He remained unbeaten on 100 runs from 117 balls and, during his stay on the crease, hammered seven fours.
Before Kohli, the record for the very best individual rating by an Indian batter in a Champions Trophy match against Pakistan was within the name of Rohit Sharma.
