Blake Full of life and Anna Kendrick-starrer One other Easy Favor is a sequel to the 2018 comedy-thriller film A Easy Favor. Within the sequel, Emily and Stephenie come nose to nose yet again. Emily is ready to be married in Italy to a wealthy businessman and a murder takes place at the marriage venue. Paul Feig, the film’s director already had plans for the following installment within the series.
In a chat with Screenrant on the SXSW 2025, Feige teased a 3rd installment within the Easy Favor series, “Hopefully, [we’re] going to make a 3rd one. I’ve got a pleasant thing in mind. I believe this movie series might be three.” He added, “Yeah, it might be three movies on this story. So, yeah, I do know where I’d prefer it to go.”
When asked if he would wait one other seven years to make the following one, similar to he waited between the primary two, Feig replied, “Hopefully not, however the thing with sequels is you don’t know. The timing of a sequel is a weird thing, too. Either you wait too long and individuals are like, “Why are you doing that?” otherwise you do it too soon, and it looks like you simply rushed it together, so who knows? We’ll see.”
One other Easy Favour also stars Michele Morrone and Henry Golding in pivotal roles. The movie premiered at SXSW on March 7, 2025, and opened to mixed reviews. It’s slated to be released on Prime Video on May 1, 2025.
