In accordance with a post by the Delhi Capitals on Thursday, the brand new captain can be revealed at 9:30 AM IST today.
Star Indian all-rounder Axar Patel is leading the race to develop into the brand new full-time captain of Delhi Capitals. The 31-year-old cricketer from Gujarat was retained for Rs 18 crore by DC ahead of the IPL 2025 mega-auction.
Axar was DC’s vice-captain in IPL 2024 and in addition had the possibility to steer the team in a single game
