Billy Ray Cyrus took to Instagram on Tuesday to share heartfelt words alongside side-by-side photos of his daughters.

The “Achy Breaky Heart” singer continued his tribute by congratulating Miley and Noah for what he described as a big artistic evolution.

Trace also mentioned Noah, claiming she “desperately has wanted” her father to “be a component of her life,” but alleged that Billy Ray “has not been there for her.” “That’s your baby girl,” he added. “She deserves higher. While Billy Ray did indirectly reply to Trace’s message, he posted on Instagram a number of days later that he was “praying” for his “family” and “children.”
Sources later told Page Six that Trace’s Instagram statement had been reviewed and approved by all of Billy Ray’s children, except Braison Cyrus, before it was posted publicly.

Amid the growing buzz, Billy Ray released a press release speaking out concerning the events of the night.
“I wouldn’t have missed the consideration of playing this event whether my microphone, guitar, and monitors worked or not. I used to be there because President Donald J.
