Seth Rollins, who’s a large Chicago Bears fan, expressed lingering resentment toward former Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers on account of his consistent victories over the Bears.
During an appearance on “Good Morning Football,” Rollins was asked to call three NFL players he’d prefer to see step right into a wrestling ring. He said,
“Primary for me is Tyreek Hill. My man. I really like a bit brother, man. I really like a bit shifty dude. I really like a Rey Mysterio in there, and Tyreek, we all know he’s got a personality on him, so I’m sure he can her on the market and cut some promos when he must. He likes to play the sympathetic babyface, but that ain’t at all times him. He’s a sneaky cat. So I like Tyreek as primary. Then I’m going number two, Myles Garrett. A monster. I really like an enormous boy. I really like an Andre the Giant. I really like a Braun Strowman. I just love an enormous, meaty man that’s gonna get in there and toss people around. You wish a battle royal, he’s your guy. Last and really least, in my view, this can be a personal one, that’s right, Aaron Rodgers. I need him within the ring because I need to harm him. I would like him in there for myself, alright. I need him within the ring. I need that match. Me versus Aaron Rodgers. Get him within the ring. That’s a private request.”
