Netflix is all set for an excellent thriller titled Test. Starring R Madhavan, Nayanthara, and Siddharth, the trailer for the film has been launched in Tamil, Hindi, and other languages, and the better part of this trailer is the suspense and the intrigue that refuses to decelerate till the last minute!
The backdrop of the trailer is cricket and politics together with lots of money involved. Siddharth plays a successful cricketer who’s being trapped in something fishy. Meanwhile, there may be Madhava who claims to be a righteous man, working for the welfare of the common man.
Nayanthara acts as a bridge between the 2, playing a lady struggling to conceive, but her husband, Madhavan, has other plans! All three of them are entangled by a really intriguing plot that’s very difficult to decode till the tip!
Call me a dil person and no dimaag person, probably because my brain literally refused to detangle all of the maze that one witnessed within the trailer! The extraordinary music adds one other mystery layer to the trailer. Till the end you can not select what the film clearly is about and who’s the hero and who’s the villain!
While you would possibly select sides, I select Siddharth, and I’ll all the time select him. Call it my bias, empathy, or sympathy, but I actually have all the time chosen him ever since Soha selected Madhavan over Siddharth in Rang De Basanti! Even here, clearly, Nayan seems to have chosen Maddy over Siddharth; while there isn’t any hint of the identical, I’m just cooking that up to search out some intense connection between the three of them!
Siddharth seems to disclose his true colours in a single scene where he is seen strangling a lady, but clearly, I’m still not understanding a thing here! It clearly is a Test, because the name of this thriller suggests! Nevertheless, despite not decoding a thing, I’m totally sold on this thriller! Hopefully, Netflix is all set to deliver one other banger!
