Guests must adhere to a strict dress code that bans ripped denim, sneakers, hoodies, baseball caps, beanies, and all types of athleisure or ski gear. Men must wear long pants, and in cooler months, long-sleeved collared shirts or sweaters are required.
Throughout the summer, collared T-shirts are permitted. Those that don’t meet the style standards could also be denied entry on the discretion of the front desk. The handbook encourages “sophisticated Western attire” to take care of the room’s “exclusivity and historical charm.”

Beyond the privacy and allure, Auric Room 1915 can be known for its upscale comfort cuisine.
Fan favorites include grilled cheese and tomato soup, a wedge salad, an indulgent A5 wagyu beef “sando,” and the signature Auric Big Mak with “special sauce.” More refined offerings range from a bluefin tuna trio with O-Toro, Chu-Toro, and Akame to a decadent $72 Maine lobster pappardelle dish.
For those with extravagant taste, the caviar service includes blini, chips, and traditional accouterments.
