Shutting down the rumours and re-confirming the discharge date, Kantara Film wrote on social media, “No doubts. Nodelays 🙂 The legendary saga, #KantaraChapter1 unfolds on October 2nd, 2025.”
Hombale Movies are leaving no stone unturned in taking the legacy of this 2022 masterpiece forward. The makers have curated an intensive war sequence for Kantara A Legend Chapter 1 with the assistance of national and international specialists.
Kantara Chapter 1 Shoot Details
They’ve hired over 500 expert fighters for this sequence curating a never seen before fight sequence with motion choreography that’s at par if not higher than one of the best of one of the best. This power-packed sequence is all set to feature 3000 people, making it certainly one of the largest sequences within the history of Indian Cinema.
A sequence of this size requires extreme prep. And so, Rishab Shetty underwent 3- month-long extensive training where he mastered the art of horse riding, Kalari and sword fighting. Shetty has poured in his entire blood, sweat and efforts in doing justice to the magnanimous war sequence.
To shoot this massive sequence the makers identified a really unusual real location within the mountains of Karnataka. The makers are shooting this sequence in a complete town spanning 25 acres. The shoot will last for around 45-50 days.
