Jax Taylor’s Go-To Phrase When He Cannot Orgasm During Sex

Jax Taylor was never shy about discussing his romantic relationships on “Vanderpump Rules,” and now, he’s sharing much more on his podcast, “Within the Mind of a Man.”

On the most recent episode of his show, Jax Taylor, who’s in the midst of divorcing his partner, Brittany Cartwright, reflected on the times he’s needed to deceive women up to now when he knew he would not find a way to realize an orgasm in bed.

While discussing dating and relationships with a sex therapist, Taylor touched on the subject of men “faking orgasms.” During their conversation, Taylor admitted he’d done this with women; nonetheless, he insisted it wasn’t to be rude.

“I do not mean to fake it, but there’s just a few times where you are identical to, ‘I’m not gonna get there,” said the truth star.

Then, Taylor, 45, revealed the standard phrase he tells women when he knows he won’t find a way to realize his end goal during their interaction. “… I’ll stop it early and be like, ‘ what? I actually, really such as you. I do not think we must always do that immediately.’ So, it takes the pressure off me,” he said.

In keeping with Taylor, a lady believing he desired to wait to have sex together with her is best than her knowing he couldn’t reach his peak. “That is slightly more embarrassing,” he stated.

During a previous episode of his podcast, Taylor, who’s now starring in Bravo’s “The Valley,” recalled how his conservative upbringing had a major impact on his relationship with sex.

“I didn’t lose my virginity until I used to be 19. I used to be a late bloomer,” he said.

Jax Taylor Says Cheaters Can’t Change

Taylor’s relationship struggles have been on full display since he joined the “VPR” solid in 2013. A few of his biggest storylines dealt along with his inability to stay faithful to his partners, including Stassi Schroeder and, after all, Cartwright, whom he married in 2019.

Elsewhere, during his latest podcast episode, the daddy of 1 opened up about cheating and shared a surprising statement.

“I’m probably gonna get a number of flack on this one, but I personally don’t think a cheater can change,” Taylor, who cheated on Cartwright with one other “Pump Rules” co-star during season 6, said. “Every girlfriend I’ve had, unfortunately, possibly one or two after I was younger, I’ve cheated on. The one time I’ve never cheated is in my marriage.”

He added: “I just felt prefer it was a natural thing.”

Taylor Opens Up About Dating While Sober

In March 2025, Taylor appeared on Bravo’s “Hot Mic” podcast and shared openly about his struggle with addiction. While speaking with a “VPR” producer, Taylor admitted he has handled “substance issues … primarily with cocaine” for just over 20 years.

“It’s hard to say out loud,” he added before explaining he’d been using the illicit drug since he was in his early twenties.

He also revealed that, despite not having an issue with alcohol, he quit drinking altogether to assist him stay on target. In keeping with the “House of Villains” star, his cocaine use was all the time a direct results of his alcohol consumption.

“I can’t do cocaine without drinking,” he admitted. “So I just gave up each. I’m proud to say I’m 83 days sober immediately, which is the longest I’ve ever gone in my life without either.”

Just a few weeks later, Taylor updated his Instagram followers, letting them know he’d reached 100 days of sobriety.

“100 days down and the remainder of my life to go,” he wrote.

Taylor Wants To ‘Rebrand’ Himself

Without alcohol, Taylor revealed dating has been a little bit of a challenge for him.

“Now, for the primary time in my life, I’m going out, and I’m happening a date with no drinking. So there is no buffer, OK? There is no taking the sting off,” he explained.

“I have been going forwards and backwards in my head like, ‘How the hell am I going to this point?’ Because I’ve already turned down a pair people because I’m not comfortable with it. Like, I do not know what to do,” he continued before saying he’d probably switch to taking women on coffee dates.

Overall, though, Taylor’s primary focus is on his personal “rebrand” and becoming “a person of [my] word.”
