In tour footage shared by TikTok user @kayleighmarie93_, Ashanti is seen performing a few of her classics on the Utilita Arena Newcastle in England on April 12. She hopped on stage in black leather shorts, thigh-high snake-print boots, and a sparkling cropped jacket. Meanwhile, her hair was pulled right into a super long curly ponytail. As for the performance clips, Ashanti DID sing, but she also moved in regards to the stage, and encouraged the group to sing her lyrics! Singer Shows OUT During Performance On ‘American Idol’
Ashanti appeared in the newest episode of the hit show, ‘American Idol,’ which dropped on April 13. She also stars as a mentor for the contestants on season 23 of the talent series.
Within the episode, she also performed two of her biggest hits, ‘The Way I Love You’ and ‘Silly’, at a Disney resort in Hawaii. Shanti ate the scene UP in a surprising gold dress accessorized with gold hoops and with flowing curls styled in a half-up, half-down look. Other than the on-stage presence and energy, Ashanti’s mic was ON, and the vocals were hitting!
