Billy revealed that they met while filming the 2022 movie, “Christmas in Paradise,” on the Caribbean island of Nevis.
On the time, Billy had just separated from his ex-wife Tish, with whom he shares daughters Miley Cyrus, Noah Cyrus, and Brandi Cyrus, and sons Trace and Braison Cyrus.
