Blake Vigorous lit up the Chanel Tribeca Festival red carpet with a blinding smile and a way of triumph just hours after a $400 million lawsuit against her was tossed.
Just hours before, a judge dismissed Justin Baldoni’s massive countersuit, with sources reportedly sharing that Vigorous “cried with relief” following the court’s decision.
The legal clash began in December 2024, when Blake Vigorous accused Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment on the set of “It Ends With Us,” and he then fired back with a $400 million lawsuit.

Vigorous was all smiles Monday night as she made her first public appearance on the Chanel Tribeca Festival Artists Dinner in Latest York City, hand-in-hand along with her niece, Kate Johnson.
She looked relaxed in a white crochet dress, paired with Louboutin heels and Chanel accessories, as she posed confidently for photographers.
Just hours earlier, a judge had thrown out Baldoni’s countersuit, which accused Vigorous, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and The Latest York Times of defamation and extortion. In keeping with TMZ, Judge Lewis Liman dismissed the case in its entirety.

Baldoni had claimed that a Latest York Times story exposing behind-the-scenes drama on “It Ends With Us” was a part of a smear campaign orchestrated by Vigorous and Reynolds. He alleged the article misrepresented private messages to color him as the issue.

The Actress Reportedly Broke Down In Relief After Judge Tossed The $400M Lawsuit

The 37-year-old can have looked calm on the red carpet, but behind the scenes, Vigorous was reportedly overwhelmed with emotion after scoring a serious legal victory in her battle with Baldoni.

He noted that Baldoni’s legal team, known as the Wayfarer Parties, didn’t provide enough evidence to suggest that Vigorous’s team or The Latest York Times knowingly spread false information. Liman made it clear, “The Amended Grievance should be dismissed in its entirety.”

Vigorous’s attorneys celebrated what they called a “complete vindication,” calling Baldoni’s case baseless. In a robust statement following the ruling, the team described the dismissal as a “total victory” for the star and likewise called the lawsuit a “sham” and noted the court “saw all the way through it.”
While the judge did give Baldoni and his fellow “Wayfarer Parties” until June 23 to file a second amended grievance, he limited any latest allegations strictly to claims of “tortious interference with contract and breach of implied covenant.”
Vigorous’s lawyers aren’t done yet. “We stay up for the subsequent round, which is searching for attorneys’ fees, treble damages, and punitive damages against Baldoni, Sarowitz, Nathan, and the opposite Wayfarer Parties who perpetrated this abusive litigation,” they stated.

A day before celebrating the key legal victory, Vigorous found herself under fire after a TikTok user named Landon shared a video describing an uncomfortable encounter at Stoney Clover Lane.
The Blast reported that the lady said she didn’t realize at first that Vigorous was in the shop but soon recognized her after hearing what she described as a demanding tone toward employees.
“Individuals are working hard in stores like this, and that is the way you’re treating them? Like, you are being so entitled,” Landon said within the video, which has since been deleted.
“If anyone remains to be a fan of Blake Vigorous, I believe recheck your decision on that because she’s not very nice to the common people,” Landon added.
