Tammy’s latest look comes after she achieved a weight reduction milestone by dropping to 201 kilos, a large reduction from the 700 kilos she weighed when the TLC series began in 2020.

She later shared in a confession that she had initially felt that there “ain’t no way” the number that she saw on the dimensions was “right.”

Prior to having her skin removal surgery, Tammy was seen in a clip expressing her fears in regards to the procedure.
