Aamir Khan indeed made a daring decision to release Sitaare Zameen Par only on the large screens despite a serious chunk of the audience being saturated on OTT. This not only speaks volumes about his love for cinema but can also be a mirrored image of his courage and belief within the theatrical medium. Whatever success the film is achieving today is essentially because Aamir brought audiences back to the theatres.
The multiplex association, who were deeply impacted by the shift of audiences from theatres to OTT, are truly appreciative of Aamir Khan’s decision to release Sitaare Zameen Par only on the large screen and never on OTT. The multiplex association felicitated Aamir Khan for a similar and arranged a celebration.
